The customer service and compassionate care provided by Josh Walters when I stopped at the Dayton Dixie Dr. location to inquire about memorials for my wife (was what ultimately made me decide to use Dodds Memorials). Mr. Walters was extremely personable and helpful in guiding me through the purchase of the memorial during a particularly stressful time. Also Marie was very kind in keeping me updated by phone. I’m very pleased with the memorial itself and service provided.
